{¶ 1} This appeal requires us again to review a judgment of Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas, Probate Division, in its allocation of attorney fees and litigation expenses to the Pittsburgh law firm of Goldberg, Persky, Jennings & White (“GPJW”). GPJW has been involved as litigation counsel in numerous wrongful-death suits in Mahoning County involving asbestosis.
