Affirming.

The question involved in this case is the right to the-office of Commonwealth’s Attorney for the Thirty-third Judicial District of Kentucky. The appellant and appellee were rival candidates in the August, 1915, primary election for the Bepublican nomination for that ■office, and as a result of the election the appellant was by the properly constituted authorities .declared the nominee of such party, he being found to have received 150 votes more in the primary than did the appellee.
