—Appeal from a judgment of Supreme Court, Oneida County (Ringrose, J.), entered April 30, 2001, awarding plaintiff $117,333 upon a jury verdict in favor of plaintiff.

It is hereby ordered that the judgment so appealed from be and the same hereby is unanimously affirmed without costs.
