Following a bench trial before a magistrate of the Magistrate Division of the Superior Court, Appellant Charles R. Azille Jr. was convicted of aggravated assault and battery and disturbing the peace. Azille first challenges both of his convictions by claiming that the Superior Court utilized the wrong standard of review to review the conviction adjudicated by the magistrate.
