On 23 December 1961, Alejo Lopez (Alejo), a successful contractor, died domiciled in Prince George’s County, as a result of a tragic accident which had occurred on one of his company’s construction jobs. Mr. Lopez is no stranger to this Court, since his domestic problems had been before us in Lopez v. Lopez, 206 Md. 509, 112 A. 2d 466 (1955), to which some reference should be made.
