This Memorandum Opinion and Order serves as the Court’s findings of fact and conclusions of law. The subject of the instant litigation is the Complaint Objecting to the Discharge and Dischargeability of Debt filed by Sandra J. Spiezio (“Plaintiff’) and the Answer of Edgar S. Vitek (“Defendant”). The Plaintiff alleges that the Defendant failed to maintain, concealed and falsified financial records and has failed to satisfactorily explain a diminution in assets.
