This is an action by Homer Hall, administrator of the estate of J. H. Kerfoot, deceased, and Robert Earl Kerfoot, who sues by his next friend Homer Hall, to set aside a deed made by said J. H. Kerfoot on October 28,1891, to the First National Bank of Trenton, Missouri, and a deed from said bank to the defendants Hervey Kerfoot, Lester R. Kerfoot and Alwilda Kerfoot dated October 9, 1893, by which was conveyed to said bank, and by it to said Hervey, Lester R. and Alwilda Kerfoot part of lot 6 in block 29 in Trenton, Grundy county, Missouri, and to recover the possession of said land.
