This appeal involves an action for specific performance of a right of first refusal by O’Haire against Cochran and the Cooks. The Cooks filed a third party complaint against Abstract and Title Corporation of Florida, alleging that any damage to the Cooks was the result of Abstract and Title’s negligent preparation of the abstract. The trial court upheld the validity of the right of first refusal, but denied specific performance, and found Abstract and Title guilty of negligence.
