Amrit Lai, pro se, appeals from an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Chester County (trial court) of April 14, 1997 that denied Lai’s petition to modify or to vacate the trial court’s order of January 3, 1997, which placed on the record a settlement agreed to between Lai and his son Atul T.
