VALENTINE, J.:

This was an action for a balance due on an account. Judgment was rendered in favor of the plaintiff (defendant in error), and against the defendant (plaintiff in ■error), for the sum of $11.08; and the defendant now complains of such judgment in this court.

The principal defense made by the defendant in the trial ■court was, that the cause of action was barred by the three-years statute of limitations. The court below, as well as the justice’s court, in which the cause originated and was tried, held that the cause of action was not thus…
