This is an appeal from the judgment of sentence entered in the Court of Common Pleas of Chester County following Appellant’s conviction by a jury on the charges of first-degree murder, 18 Pa.C.S.A. § 2502(a), and possessing instruments of crime, 18 Pa.C.S.A. § 907(a).
