Town and Country Supermarkets (Employer) appeals from a final award of workers’ compensation benefits to Lana Martin (Martin). The Labor and Industrial Relations Commission (the Commission) found Martin was permanently and totally disabled from a back injury that she sustained at work. The Commission’s award also included reimbursement of Martin’s expenses for medical treatment that Employer refused to provide.
