This is a consolidated appeal in which the Missouri Highway and Transportation Commission (Employer) appeals from two final awards of workers’ compensation benefits to Lisa Cook (Claimant) for carpal tunnel syndrome of her right and left wrists, respectively. The Labor and Industrial Relations Commission (Commission) determined that Claimant was permanently and partially disabled from her bilateral carpal tunnel syndrome as an occupational disease.
