The only question presented by this appeal is whether a resulting trust in favor of George Norbury Mackenzie arose from certain conveyances of real property located in Baltimore City, made at his direction to Mary Forwood Mackenzie, his wife. Georg;e Norbury Mackenzie, who died on February 11, 1919, was twice married. His first wife:, Lucy Tennelle Mlackenzie, died on January 27, 1900'.
