This is an action of assumpsit brought by the Wilson Grocery Company, hereinafter called plaintiff, against the National Surety Company, hereinafter called defendant, upon a contract of indemnity executed by defendant, to secure plaintiff against any act of personal dishonesty, forgery, theft, larceny, embezzlement, wrongful conversion or abstraction, by plaintiff’s cashier, William B.
