This was an action to recover on a policy of life insurance. From an adverse judgment the defendant company appeals, assigning eight claims of error, only one of which will be noticed, i. e., that the trial court erred in denying defendant’s motion for a directed verdict. For brevity plaintiff will hereafter be re*301ferred to as plaintiff, the insured, Frank Brown, as Brown, and the defendant as the company.
