GFSI, Inc. (“GFSI”) brings suit against J-Loong Trading, Ltd. (“J-Loong”), alleging that it supplied defective and nonconforming goods, and seeks money damages under Section 2-711 of the Kansas Uniform Commercial Code, K.S.A. § 84-2-711. The Court granted J-Loong summary judgment on its counterclaim for the price of other goods delivered to GFSI. See Memorandum And Order (Doc. # 61) filed December 6, 2006.
