Plaintiffs, fiduciaries of the Bricklayers & Trowel Trades International Pension Fund (“IPF”) and the International Masonry Institute (“IMI” and, collectively, “Plaintiffs” or the “Funds”), filed this action against Defendant Providence Construction Corporation (“Defendant” or “Providence Construction”) on November 21, 2013.
