ALAIMO, District Judge.

Plaintiff, Mary Dale Wright (“Wright”), brings this action against Defendant, Rayonier, Inc. (“Rayonier”), alleging that Rayonier failed to pay her overtime compensation in violation of the Fair Labor Standards Act (“FLSA”), 29 U.S.C. § 207(a)(1), and that Rayonier paid her lower wages than a male counterpart in violation of the Equal Pay Act (“EPA”), 29 U.S.C. § 206(d)(1).
