Defendant Trevor Anderson was convicted, upon a jury verdict, of attempted murder in the second degree (Penal Law §§ 110.00, 125.25 [1]) and criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree (Penal Law § 265.03 [1] [b]). Defendant argues that he was deprived of a fair trial by the prosecutor’s use of PowerPoint slides during summation, and that defense counsel was ineffective for failing to object to the use of the slides.
