OPINION
RICHARD BARAJAS, Chief Justice.
This is an appeal from the trial court’s denial of Appellant’s requested relief pursuant to a writ of habeas corpus. We affirm the trial court’s order denying the requested relief.
I. SUMMARY OF THE EVIDENCE
Appellant filed his application for writ of habeas corpus on April 24, 2001. A hearing on the writ was held on May 10, 2001.
