This is an original proceeding in habeas corpus.

The petitioner seeks his release from confinement in the state penitentiary on the following grounds:(1) The trial courts were in violation of the due process of law provisions of the fourteenth amendment to the constitution of the United States.(2) He was deprived of his constitutional rights in that he was denied the right to counsel.(3) He was denied the right to a fair, impartial and lawful trial by jury in the district court of Wyandotte county.(4) He was forced to enter a coerced plea in…
