[¶1.] Western National Mutual Insurance Co. (Western National) insured BHI Inc. under a commercial general liability (CGL) policy. In 2005, Regency Plymouth Ventures Ltd. (Regency) hired BHI to serve as a general contractor to build- four condominiums near Alexandria, Minnesota. TSP .Inc. was the project architect. BHI hired LandTeam Surveying Co.
