This matter comes before the Court on the complaint filed by Gina B. Krol, the Chapter 7 case trustee (the “Trustee”) for the Debtor, H. King & Associates (the “Debtor”) against Joseph Wilcek (“Joe”), Earl Wilcek (“Earl”) and HKA Display, Inc. (“HKA”).
