Adolfus Giles, proceeding pro se, appeals the dismissal of his employment discrimination suit against his former employer, Wal-Mart Stores East, L.P. (“WalMart”). No reversible error has been shown; we affirm.

The district court determined that Giles’s claims — alleging race discrimination, hostile work environment, and assault and battery — were barred by res judicata and granted Wal-Mart’s motion to dismiss. 1 We review a district court’s grant of a Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(6) motion to dismiss de novo, and we accept the allegations in the complaint as true and construe them in the light most…
