In this action brought pursuant to General Statutes § 30-102, 1 the Dram Shop Act, the plaintiff, Linda Zaneski, in her capacity of administratrix of the estate of her son, Michael P. Zaneski, appeals from the judgment of the trial court setting aside the jury verdict and directing the jury to render a verdict in favor of the defendants, the Thirsty Turtle, a tavern, Club, LLC, its backer, and Donald G.
