Appeal from a judgment in favor of plaintiff. The Hill Cattle Corporation, being the owner of ranches in Park county consisting of 12,638 acres, and holding approximately 4,000 additional acres under lease, and owning all necessary machinery, tools, etc., for their operation, the total value of the real and personal property being upwards of $400,000, by contract dated June 1, 1924, and executed June 30, employed the defendants Peter Killorn and William Killorn to manage the property as farming lands and stock ranches, to be stocked by plaintiff.
