This was an action in trespass to recover damages for injuries sustained by Margaret A. McAllister as a result of falling between the platform of the defendant’s station at Trenton, New Jersey, and the platform of the railroad ear she was attempting to board. The statement of claim averred general injuries to plaintiff Margaret and claimed loss of his wife’s services on behalf of plaintiff John.
