— Proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 (transferred to this court by order of the Supreme Court at Special Term, entered in Albany County) to review a determination of the Board of Examiners of Nursing Home Administrators which revoked petitioner’s license as a nursing home administrator. Petitioner was employed by Parkview Nursing Home as administrator. As a result of an investigation of the nursing home industry, it was determined that petitioner had accepted unreported income in addition to his salary and had participated in several kickback schemes with nursing home suppliers.
