— Proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 (initiated in this court pursuant to Education Law, § 6510, subd 5) to annul a determination of the Commissioner of Education which revoked petitioner’s license to practice accounting. Following conviction upon a plea of guilty to attempted bribery of an Internal Revenue agent (US Code, tit 18, §§ 2, 201, subd [f]), petitioner, a licensed certified public accountant, was served with notice of hearing, petition and charges by the Department of Education through its State Board for Public Accountancy.
