The plaintiffs are residents and taxpayers of either Crosby Local School District, Harrison Local School District, or Whitewater Local School District of Hamilton County, Ohio, and by this action seek to enjoin the defendants, County Board of Education of Hamilton County, Ohio, and its members, from proceeding to abolish Crosby, Harrison, and Whitewater Local School Districts, and in their stead and place create a new school district embracing all the territory of said three districts.
