This case is before the court for decision after a trial de novo upon an appeal on questions of law and fact.

The plaintiffs seek to enjoin the defendant Board of Education of Hamilton County, its members, and its clerk and county superintendent of schools from taking any action to carry into effect a certain resolution adopted by the board on October 29, 1953, abolishing and dissolving the Crescentville, Evendale, Glendale, Runyan, Sharonville, Springdale, Stewart, and Woodlawn Local School Districts, and providing that the territory embraced within those districts be, and the same was,…
