This patent infringement ease is before the Court on a motion by Plaintiff Zoltek Corporation (“Zoltek”) to transfer a portion of the case, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1631, to the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. On March 31, 2006, the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit held that this court does not have jurisdiction to hear any of Zoltek’s claims against the Government concerning certain allegedly infringing components of the F-22 Fighter Plane (“the F-22”).
