These are appeals by the Lynn Hospital (hospital) from final decrees of the Superior Court relating to an arbitrator’s award in a labor dispute between the hospital, as employer, and the Massachusetts Nurses Association (union), as the exclusive collective bargaining agent for the nonsupervisory registered nurses employed by the hospital. After the arbitrator made his award, the union filed an application to confirm it and the hospital filed an application to vacate it.
