This appeal comes to this Court on questions of law from an order of the Probate Court of Cuyahoga County removing Wilbur H. Brewer as guardian of Barbara Gerstenek, incompetent, and ordering and directing that the journal making the original appointment be amended to show that the court at no time obtained jurisdiction over the ward because Barbara Gerstenek was never served with notice as provided by law and that the court was in error in making such appointment because the consent of the ward (to the appointment of a guardian because of physical disability) was never…
