MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

HAIGHT, District Judge:

In this admiralty action, Gleneagle Ship Management, Co., Inc. (“Gleneagle”), a co-plaintiff in 90 Civ. 1772 and the defendant in 91 Civ. 3155, claims the benefits of the limitation of liability procedures of 46 U.S.C. App. §§ 183-185 and 188. In 90 Civ. 1772 Gleneagle, as a co-plaintiff with Chesapeake Shipping, Inc. (“Chesapeake”), has filed a complaint for exoneration from or limitation of liability under the statute.
