Appeal from an order of the Family Court of St. Lawrence County (Ellis, S.M.), entered May 29, 2009, which granted petitioner’s application, in a proceeding pursuant to Family Ct Act article 5, to adjudicate him as the father of a child born to respondent.
Between June and August 2004, petitioner and respondent were engaged in a sexual relationship. Respondent became pregnant and, on March 19, 2005, gave birth to a son.
