On the 23d day of March, 1900, Maggie Robinson and P. M. Robinson, her husband, leased to Mallory Bros. & Stewart in consideration of twenty-two dollars and twenty-five cents in hand paid, for oil and gas purposes a tract of 88 acres of land, more or less, on the waters of Rowels Run, or Oil Rock, said lease to remain in force for the term of three years from its date and as long thereafter as oil or gas or either of them should be produced therefrom by the lessees.
