This action was commenced in the district court of Creek county by G. J. Smith and Wallace Doolin, as plaintiffs, against the Eastern Oil Company, as defend ant. For convenience, the parties will be referred to herein in the same relative position they occupied in the court below. Smith and Doolin are the owners- of 60 acres of land in the west half of the southeast quarter of 'section two (2), township nineteen (19) north, range seven (7) east I. M., and Hugh King was the owner of the other 20 acres of said west half of said southeast quarter of section two (2), township nineteen (19) north,…
