This case involves a commercial dispute between former associates in the meat processing industry. Plaintiff-counterdefen-dant Hollymatic Corporation (“Hollymatic”) filed a complaint alleging unfair competition, breach of contract, trademark infringement, and violations of the Illinois Deceptive Trade Practices, Consumer Fraud, and Anti-Dilution Acts.
