—In an action to recover damages, inter alia, for waste and mismanagement, for an accounting and for partition of partnership real property, the plaintiffs appeal, as limited by their brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Goldstein, J.), entered September 25, 1997, as granted the defendants’ motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint.

Ordered that the order is modified by deleting the provision thereof granting the motion as to the first and second causes of action and substituting therefor a provision denying the motion as to those causes of action; as…
