VANDE WALLE, Justice.

The North Dakota Workers Compensation Bureau appealed from a judgment of the district court which retrospectively applied the due-process requirements announced in Beckler v. N.D. Workers Comp. Bureau, 418 N.W.2d 770 (N.D.1988), to Forster’s claim regarding the termination of his disability benefits, and which awarded Forster disability benefits from the date of termination through the date of the Bu reau’s final administrative order denying further benefits. We affirm.
