OPINION

{¶ 1} Defendant, Arturo Delarosa, is a convicted sexually oriented offender who is required to register and verify his current address, and notify the sheriff of any change in his address pursuant to R.C. 2950.04. Between March 9, 2006 — March 27, 2006, Defendant moved without providing notice to the Miami County Sheriff of his change of address. As a result, Defendant was indicted on one count of failure to give notice of change of address in violation of R.C. 2950.05(A), a felony of the third degree.
