This is an action for damages arising from the death of James. M. Tapley brought by his widow, as administratrix, and his minor children, Mary Marguerite, Col-leta, Letitia and Bernice Tapley, and his adult daughters, Mrs. Clifford H. West and Mrs. Cosimo Lucchese, 'joined by their husbands, Clifford H. West and Cosimo Lue-chese, against appellant, alleging that James M. Tapley was killed through the negligence of his employer, the said appellant.
