Plaintiffs Liggett Group, Inc. (“Liggett”) and Brooke Group Holding, Inc. (“Brooke”) have filed this civil action against Affiliated FM Insurance Company and thirty-two other insurance companies 1 to determine Plaintiffs’ rights and Defendants’ obligations under more than one-hundred liability insurance policies sold to the plaintiffs (and/or their parent companies) by the thirty-three defendants from 1970 until 1998.
