The principal issue in this case is whether a contract action for personal injuries caused by breach of warranty in the sale of goods is governed by the two year limitation prescribed by Mass. G.L. c. 260, §2A, or by the four year limitation provided for by the more recently enacted Uniform Commercial Code (Code), (Mass. G.L. c. 106, §2-725 (1)).
