JOHNSON, PRESIDENT:
This is an action of ejectment brought, in the Circuit Court of Jackson county in 1879 by Blair and wife against Mark Sayre to recover a certain tract of land in said county. The defendant demurred to the declaration, and his demurrer was overruled, and he pleaded “not guilty.” On the 8th day of November, 1881, the issue was tried by a jury, and a verdict, for the defendant was rendered.
