*4751. *474Appellee commenced this action in the Superior Court of Marion County, declaring on a series of *475fifteen notes, alleged to have been executed by appellant, William Guyer, to the Union Trust Company of Indianapolis, and on a real estate mortgage securing the notes, alleged to have been executed by William Guyer and appellant, Maggie Guyer, his wife. The venue of the cause was changed to the Hendricks Circuit Court, where the trial was had.
