This is an action for willful and malicious eviction.
On January 14, 1933, plaintiff filed his original complaint which was superseded by an amended complaint filed on March 15,1933, in which he alleges that on January 5, 1933, he was in the possession and entitled to remain in the sole and exclusive possession of certain real property known as the Lownsdale farm located in Yamhill county.
