The defendant, Harry Terdjanian, appeals from the trial court’s judgment rendered in favor of the substitute plaintiff, Rana Automaster, LLC,1 for conversion, statutory theft and a violation of the Connecticut Unfair Trade Practices Act (CUTPA), General Statutes § 42-110a et seq., and from the court’s subsequent award of offer of judgment interest and attorney’s fees.
